Market Creation Rebuild

Dear Neostake Team,

I am writing to you regarding the current situation of Market creation and upvoting.

The members trading on neostake, that are really taking their free time to create new markets, thinking of interesting bets or trying to update old bets are (in my opinion besides you) the ones being responsible for having fun on this trading platform:

So how can it be that within the last week the possibility of expressing concerns towards bets were being misused and taken advantage of over 7 times (i only have screenshots of 3) just to block new bets/to stay on top of the leaderboard or even prevent others from winning the BIWEEKLY/ALL-TIME Leaderboard. There are 3 main example for my complaint:

1. The first two markets, that were blocked for NO REASON at all were the WTI crude oil bet till June 30 and the most viewed video on Youtube till June 30 with following concerns:

   “no valid source” (if this dumb ahh person would have read the bet, it would have found the name of the site that was being used for resolving and EVEN the LINK down below)

   “it is already in 3 days” (how can somoene be this intellectual restricted to even write that as a concern on a betting plattform, when the bet was already blocked once for 4 days + the time before the important date of JUNE 30 is not even relevant at all in comparison to bets regarding for example the price of bitcoin as an ongoing trade-window)

2. The third bet is the bet in refrence to the developement of the highest marketcap on Neostake till the end of June within that time period. Again: I completly copy pasted the description of the old market cap bet, took over the WHOLE discription and all of a sudden some users have a problem with wording they accepted already once and bet happily on the outcome. Besides that already being crazy enough another concern was:

   “…” like what the fuck is even that.

Everyone who blocks new markets in this matter, while wasting the time of the creator of the market should be BANNED permanently, no exception. Concluding this theme I have the following wish towards you guys @Neostake:

PLEASE rework the possibility of publishing concerns, that you can for example not just support those concerns but rather give them a dislike. If the concern has too many dislikes for example 5, it gets erased completly. If you have the possibility to see who blocks new markets on purpose just because he/she has no stakes/liquidity left, because they alr put everything in bets which are resolving right now SHOULD BE BANNED OR GIVEN A PENALTY OF 30-50% of their current net worth, so people learn not to to that (or just ban these ahh people).
